The term of office for one of our member nominated trustee directors (MND) came to an end on 17 March 2026.
The call for nominations resulted in a high number of strong applications and following an in-depth interview process, we are pleased to announce that Jo Russell has re-joined the Trustee board.
Jo currently works for Haleon as their Head of Investor Relations. Before joining Haleon, she worked for Pearson for 8 years, leaving in 2025. During her time at Pearson, she served as a company nominated trustee director for 5 years.
Her previous experience includes being a Director of Investor Relations at Whitbread, where she presided over 30 trading statements, year-end results, and set up the ‘Women in Whitbread’ forum to champion gender diversity. Prior to Whitbread, Jo led the Investor Relations team at Mothercare, was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Cazenove and also served in the Royal Air Force as a pilot.
